Job summary

Wellington Management Company, LLP is seeking an Investment Compliance Analyst to join the Investment Operations Team within Global Operations. The Analyst will help ensure that investment transactions and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulatory requirements, providing real-time pre-trade support and resolving post-trade exceptions.

The role partners with Global Relationship Teams, Product Management and Portfolio Management, building a deep understanding of investment strategies

Qualifications

Candidates should have working knowledge of investment types, including equity and fixed income.
Experience in guideline monitoring, investment operations or compliance is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Support investment teams to ensure transactions and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulations.
Review Investment Management Agreements and monitor guidelines using Sentinel.
Provide real-time, pre-trade support and resolve post-trade exceptions.
Collaborate with Global Relationship, Product Management and Portfolio Management teams.
Develop deep understanding of investment strategies relative to client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
