Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Composite Analyst to oversee GIPS policies and maintain robust composite governance. You will collaborate with Product Management, Performance, and Client Reporting to ensure compliant composite construction, disclosures, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have CFA/CIPM credentials, strong analytical skills, and experience in investment performance measurement and GIPS compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret the GIPS standards by drawing on practical experience; provide guidance for composite construction and benchmarks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of simplifying complex standards for cross-functional teams.
• Experience in investment performance measurement and GIPS compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in GIPS; interpret standards and advise on policies and control framework.
• Create, maintain, and oversee GIPS Composite Reports; update per WG decisions and regulatory changes.
• Understand firm investment products to guide composite performance, benchmark selection, disclosures, and reporting requirements.
