TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time contract in Elk Grove, CA. You will oversee clinical and management duties, provide restorative therapy to seniors at the center and in homes, and supervise Therapy Assistants.

Travel locally for mobile visits is required. The role demands a California OT license, NBCOT certification, BLS, and at least two years of clinical OT experience with seniors, plus two years of supervisory experience.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy per ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification and California OT licensure required.
• Active BLS and valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2 years OT experience with frail/elderly population; 2+ years supervisory/management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Deliver physician-ordered OT interventions to improve ADLs, balance, cognition, and endurance.
• Perform local home and facility visits (4–6 patients daily) for safety and treatment.
• Order and manage adaptive equipment and therapy devices; coordinate care transitions.
• Supervise and mentor Therapy Assistants; lead Functional Maintenance Programs (FMPs) and guide clinical staff.
• Educate staff, participants, and family caregivers in therapy techniques; support marketing with enrollments.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
