Job summary

Wilson Elser - Attorneys is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney for their Indianapolis office. The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload and collaborate closely with other attorneys on various legal projects.

With a flexible hybrid working arrangement, the role requires a JD from an accredited Law School, admission to practice in Indiana, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation, insurance defense, medical malpractice experience.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
