Qualifications

• Two years of general liability defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections at warehouses, construction sites, and parking lots.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings.
• Draft discovery and shape litigation strategy.
• Argue motions and manage files for insurers and policyholders.
