Qualifications

• Familiarity with SCD and/or TDT patient communities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order coordination for assigned ATCs, managing milestones from record creation to infusion.
• Serve as primary operational contact for ATCs, maintaining transparent and empathetic communication.
• Support ATCs with order management processes and system navigation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align on status and mitigate risks.
• Monitor timelines with Shipping & Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
