Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, IRS levies, in line with federal and state requirements.
• Place, update, and remove account restrictions, holds, and freezes as required by legal orders.
• Conduct detailed account research to determine compliance and available funds.
• Perform high-volume data entry of legal orders and related case information with validation.
• Monitor queues and workloads to ensure timely processing and SLAs.
• Review incoming legal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of actions taken on member accounts.
• Identify and escalate complex cases or potential compliance concerns.
• Communicate with courts, employers, government agencies, and internal teams as needed.
