Job summary

System One is seeking a Legal Specialist to manage garnishments, levies, and related legal orders across Pensacola, FL and VA locations in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite; 2 days remote). You will review, research, and process orders, maintain records, and coordinate with courts and employers to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Knowledge of garnishments, levies, liens and other legal processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process garnishments, tax liens, and other legal attachments per regulations.
• Place, update, and remove account holds as required by legal orders.
• Research accounts to determine compliance and available funds.
• Enter high-volume data of legal orders and validate documents and data.
• Monitor queues to meet SLAs and ensure timely processing.
• Review incoming legal documentation for accuracy and validity.
• Maintain records of actions on member accounts.
• Escalate complex cases and potential compliance concerns.
• Communicate with courts, employers, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Support workload balancing and process improvements.
• Participate in quality reviews and adhere to procedures.
