Qualifications

• Regulatory or accounting experience in the financial industry.
• Series 27 certification required or to be obtained.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily 15c3-1 net capital computation for US entities.
• Compute capital charges on underwriting deals and track confirmations.
• Prepare weekly regulatory capital computation for foreign entities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory reports.
• Perform variance analysis of the trial balance.
• Coordinate with groups to confirm data for regulatory reports.
• Maintain/update regulatory procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist in research and implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Support ad hoc regulatory reporting projects.
