Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or business aligned with roles.
• 3+ years in financial/bank services with budgeting and allocation experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT and ERP tools such as Hyperion, OneStream.
• Strong banking product knowledge and income statement comprehension.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and detail-orientation.
• Automation/Analytics experience (Python/SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management monthly/annual.
• Maintain data reporting standards across Markets, IB, and Corporate.
• Develop budget vs actual variance reports to guide decisions.
• Enhance reporting with streamlined data production for HO (Japan).
• Collaborate with Finance leads to identify revenue and KPI trends.
• Support monthly inter-entity reconciliations and allocations.
• Assist cross-functional projects like revenue forecasting and productivity.
