IDB Bank in New York, NY is seeking a Funds Transfer Specialist to manage domestic and international payments, verify and release transfers, and ensure compliance with Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, and FX payments.

You will provide responsive customer service, handle end-of-day balancing, disaster recovery tasks, and coordinate with the Operations Manager. Hybrid schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of funds transfer experience with Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT and FX payments.

Aufgaben

• Input, verify, and release incoming and outgoing domestic and international payments in various currencies.
• Perform funds approval before completing payments.
• Monitor payment processing, including repair, approval, messaging, NFS, fraud, risk and investigations.
• Ensure Compliance regulations are met and handle returned transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service within the bank's departments.
• Perform end-of-day system maintenance and balancing.
• Assist with Disaster Recovery and upgrade testing as needed.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
