Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking an Implementation Engineer to build, configure, and maintain scalable data extraction workflows using intelligent document processing, while delivering web solutions to support end-to-end platform delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to customer portals across the full stack, and support Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/Vite) and backend technologies such as Java or C#, including hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and scalable service architectures.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment, contributing to sprint ceremonies and managing work items in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply intelligent document processing platforms, tools and frameworks to design end-to-end extraction and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain scalable data extraction workflows using intelligent document processing and perform Web Development to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of customer portals, delivering new features across the full stack.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, environment configuration, monitoring, system health, and performance optimization.
