WPS Health Solutions in Madison, Wisconsin seeks an Implementation Engineer to design and build scalable data extraction workflows and full-stack features for our customer portal, including intelligent document processing and web development. The role supports Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoring to ensure reliable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defence restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/Vite) and backend technologies such as Java or C#, including RESTful APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply IDP platforms to design end-to-end extraction solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for reliable platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain scalable data extraction workflows using intelligent document processing.
• Develop and enhance full-stack features for the customer portal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable solutions.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and environment configuration.
• Ensure system health monitoring and performance optimization for stability.
