Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking an Implementation Engineer serving as a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain scalable data extraction workflows using intelligent document processing and to support end-to-end solution delivery.

You will design customer portals across the full stack, collaborate with product and operations teams, and support Azure cloud infrastructure including deployment pipelines, environment config, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure stability and

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to DoD restrictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/Vite) and backend technologies such as Java or C#, including RESTful APIs and scalable service architectures.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum, contributing to sprint ceremonies and managing work items in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to rapidly learn intelligent document processing platforms to design end-to-end extraction and automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with focus on diagnosing complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end data-extraction workflows in intelligent document processing platforms.
• Develop and deploy new features for the customer portal across the full stack.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, environment configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to improve stability and reliability.
