Urban Science is seeking an Associate Software Engineer for a Detroit-based, hybrid role. You will work on full-stack development using .NET, SQL Server, and Angular, contributing to multi-tenant microservices solutions while embracing Agile practices.

You will participate in design discussions, code reviews, and CI/CD efforts, maintaining databases and producing technical documentation as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT field from a US college/university.
• Internship or Capstone project demonstrating software engineering skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver software using Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum, and support solution development and deployment.
• Collaborate in a team to design, review, and improve software solutions.
• Contribute to system design, code reviews, and quality engineering activities.
• Develop and maintain databases, write queries, and support integration.
• Create technical documentation including diagrams, release notes, and training materials.
• Provide user support and help deliver solutions to internal and external clients.
