Job summary

Zions Bancorporation's Enterprise Technology and Operations team seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and build internal apps, integrations, and automation across the enterprise.

This role focuses on cloud-native applications, AI-assisted development, and automated delivery, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable solutions and collaboration with architecture and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with React and backend tech such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps.
• Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support full stack applications to boost internal productivity.
• Build and maintain UIs, APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Develop automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Build cloud-native apps and infrastructure with modern practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and DevSecOps controls.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and business teams for scalable solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
