Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Full Stack Analytics Developer (internally referred to as a Business Intelligence Analyst) to blend application development, BI, analytics, and UX to deliver value. You will work with stakeholders, data professionals, and technology teams to build scalable applications and reporting solutions.

Qualified candidates may work at any HFC branch location; the role supports a hybrid schedule with typical hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE/Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–5 years of software development, analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Python development and scripting.
• Understanding of web app development concepts and modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications.
• Create front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations to support business processes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while improving performance and usability.
• Collaborate with BI teammates and business teams to fulfill reporting needs.
