Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years progressive experience in Payroll/HR/Finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle payroll processing for semi-monthly payrolls.
• Process and audit commissions and related reporting with Sales/Finance.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and internal policies across multiple states.
• Audit payroll results post-processing and assist with year-end reporting.
