Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Foreign-Trade Zone Coordinator in a hybrid role serving multiple FTZ sites including Valley City, OH. You will manage daily FTZ operations, filings, and compliance for imports and exports, coordinating with DCs and SAP/WMS systems.

You will collaborate across functions, travel as needed, and contribute to audit readiness, ensuring accurate documentation and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of trade compliance experience; or 5 years FTZ administration experience and/or Licensed Customs Broker credentials are desirable.
• Knowledge of FTZ regulations, Customs rules, and related compliance practices.
• Strong computer skills across MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP, FTZ software, and WMS knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of SBD FTZs.
• Support compliance in opening/managing FTZs at Fort Mill, Fontana, Northlake, and Hagerstown as FTZCs for imports/exports.
• Handle FTZ Admissions (CF214) and weekly filings (3461, 7501); ensure proper Customs documentation.
