Job summary

Orion seeks a Client Support Representative to handle inquiries across phone, chat, and case channels, guiding clients through core workflows and ensuring accurate intake and follow‑through.

Hybrid role with three or more days on-site at an Orion office location; candidates should reside within commuting distance. Internal candidates may receive preference based on experience and needs.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate and explain technology to users.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Minimum high school; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferably prior customer service or technology support experience.
• Less than one year of experience.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contact across phone, chat, and case channels with professionalism.
• Provide training, guidance, and best practices to navigate workflows.
• Troubleshoot entry-level workflows and data-related inquiries.
• Maintain adherence to schedules and support queue coverage across channels.
• Own Priority 1 and aged cases to completion with Salesforce updates.
