Job summary

Orion is seeking a Client Support Representative to serve clients via phone, chat, and case management. You’ll deliver clear guidance, document interactions, and troubleshoot basic workflows to enable smooth use of Orion, Redtail, and OCIO platforms.

The role is hybrid in the Greater Omaha area with on-site requirements several days per week, and a focus on first-contact resolution, accuracy, and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Frontline client support across phone, chat, and case channels.
• Provide training and guidance to navigate workflows and platform topics.
• Troubleshoot entry-level workflows and data-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready Salesforce case documentation.

Responsibilities
