Qualifications

• 3+ years of production development experience with modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Experience in Agile environments and in unit, performance, and automation testing.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engaging, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement AI-powered software solutions to enhance customer experience and platform intelligence.
• Build reusable UI components and libraries with emphasis on maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Data teams to leverage AI-driven automation for business value.
• Write comprehensive tests (unit/integration) and participate in code reviews and pair programming.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to front-end architecture and best practices.
