Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is seeking a Front Desk & Night Audit Host to join our hybrid Front Office team. The role combines guest service duties with overnight Night Audit responsibilities, typically two Night Audit shifts and three Front Desk shifts per week.

Ideal candidates bring prior Front Office or Night Audit experience in a large, full‑service hotel, with training provided on Hyatt procedures, systems, and reporting. Competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Office experience strongly preferred.
• Previous Night Audit experience strongly preferred.
• Candidates without direct Night Audit experience should have Front Office experience in a large, full-service hotel or similarly complex hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide welcoming, professional service throughout their stay.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Process reservations, room assignments, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Respond to guest questions regarding hotel services, amenities, events, directions, and local attractions.
• Process cash, credit card, room charges, and other approved transactions accurately.
• Respond to guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally, providing appropriate recovery or escalation.
