Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical design experience within fashion or apparel.
• Hands-on Centric PLM experience preferred.
• Experience creating and updating tech packs, measurement specifications, and construction details.
• Experience conducting fit sessions and preparing detailed fit comments.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and patternmaking.
• Experience reviewing proto, fit, and production samples.
• Ability to communicate technical corrections clearly to factories and vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update detailed tech packs, including measurements, specifications, and construction details.
• Conduct fit sessions, measure samples, document fit comments, and communicate corrections.
• Review proto, fit, and pre-production samples for accuracy and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot fit, grading, pattern, and construction issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, specifications, and development updates in PLM.
• Communicate fit comments, construction corrections, and technical revisions to factories and vendors.
• Partner with Design, Product Development, and Production to maintain product quality and design intent.
• Track sample submissions, revisions, approvals, and development timelines.
• Ensure technical milestones are met and products are ready for production.
