• Review design concepts and develop detailed technical packages, including measurements, specifications, and construction details.

• Partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Production to resolve construction issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Track project timelines and ensure consistency across styles and categories.
• Lead and mentor members of the technical design team while supporting a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
