Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Technical Designer for men’s and women’s apparel on a temporary, onsite basis in Orange County. The role focuses on owning the technical development process, ensuring fit and construction quality, and driving timely production from concept to final package.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical design experience in apparel, pattern making knowledge, and experience with private labels across multiple categories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years technical design experience in men’s and women’s apparel.
• Pattern making knowledge and awareness of grading concepts.
• Experience with private label and multi-category projects; denim knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical development process from concept to production for apparel.
• Lead fit reviews and document issues with practical solutions.
• Create and revise patterns, including grading and technical corrections.
• Prepare fit notes and technical comments for production.
• Collaborate with design, product development, and merchandising to align specifications.
• Maintain measurement specs and construction details in the tech pack.
