24 Seven Talent is seeking a Denim Technical Designer to partner with Design, Product Development and Patternmaking, translating creative concepts into production-ready technical packages across multiple categories.

The ideal candidate has strong denim pattern and garment-construction knowledge, participates in fit sessions, and thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment with proficiency in Illustrator and PLM for tech packs.

Qualifications

Strong denim pattern and garment-construction knowledge.
Experience capturing fit comments during fittings.
Ability to interpret design intent into technical direction.

Responsibilities

Participate in fit sessions and capture detailed fit comments, measurements, and construction notes in real time.
Evaluate garment fit and balance on live models or forms, communicating pattern adjustments.
Update and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements and BOMs.
Partner with Patternmaking and Product Development to align pattern changes with fit direction and brand standards.
Review prototypes and SMS samples for construction quality and consistency with specs.
Communicate fit and construction updates across internal teams.
Troubleshoot construction and pattern issues to improve fit and cost efficiency.
