First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Financial Planning & Analysis team in a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, allocations, and analysis for the ET&O organization, working with leadership to implement improvements.

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with leadership to develop budgets and forecasts, maintain models, conduct trend analysis, and provide actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Analytics or equivalent.
• 6+ years of FP&A experience within finance or analytics.
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting and forecasting: assist in budgets/forecasts, gather information, maintain models, analyze trends, report variances.
• Reporting: create reports from data analysis and trends, highlight issues and improvements; develop process enhancements.
• Business support: provide analytics to management, guide processes across systems, prepare materials for business use.
• Financial support: track performance across systems/projects, recommend workflow changes, ensure compliance.
• Position-specific skills: analytical data skills, relationship building, clear communication, data reporting, profitability analysis.
