Mr. Magic Car Wash in Wexford, PA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across multi-location operations. The role reports to the Controller and partners with Operations and executive leadership to guide strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related role.
• Hybrid work arrangement at least two days per week in the Wexford office.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly forecasting process (revenue, expenses, profitability).
• Lead long-range financial planning and strategic plans.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate insights to leadership.
• Develop models for budgeting, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
