Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager/Senior Analyst to partner with Parts & Services leaders. You will drive profitability through pricing analytics, customer and service margin insights, and disciplined monthly reporting.

This role blends strategic analysis with operational finance support across cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and strengthen performance. You will analyze SKU/category/channel/customer profitability and support pricing governance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, pricing/revenue management, or financial analysis.
• Experience in B2B aftermarket parts preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and BI tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Parts GM and leadership to support pricing and revenue management.
• Own monthly financial reporting and analysis for Parts & Services, including variance analysis.
• Perform customer profitability and pricing analysis (customer/segment/channel/SKU).
• Support Service Operations margin analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide financial operational support and ad hoc analysis for growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards/KPIs to improve visibility and performance management.
• Partner with managers and cross‑functional leaders to influence decisions and results.
• Continuously improve processes and tools (Excel models, reporting, BI outputs).
