Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Houston, TX is seeking an FP&A Analyst to transform data into strategic insights. You will build financial models, support budgeting, and deliver analyses that influence executive decisions.

This role partners with leaders to forecast growth, evaluate locations, and prepare KPI dashboards. Strong Excel, Power BI and AI tool experience is a plus, with a focus on actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
Strong understanding of: Financial statements, Budgeting and forecasting, Variance analysis, and Financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decisions.
Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing forecasts.
Monitor results vs. budget and explain variances; partner with ops to improve performance.
Support site-selection, acquisitions, and growth initiatives with projections.
