Job summary

DigiKey Electronics seeks a Sr. Analyst, FP&A to deliver financial insight, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning across Trade Compliance and Logistics.

You will develop forecasts, models, and dashboards that influence cost, tariff strategies, and logistics decisions, partnering with cross-functional leaders to identify risks and opportunities. This role is based in Thief River Falls or Bloomington, Minnesota, requiring at least two days per week in the office and occasional travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
• 1-3 years supporting supply chain, operations, logistics or trade compliance.
• Experience presenting financial reporting to executive leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting for logistics spend, duties, and tariff-related costs.
• Prepare monthly outlooks with risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Deliver KPI dashboards and margin analysis by product/customer/segment.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and support process improvements.
