Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Sr. Analyst, FP&A to drive financial insight and strategic planning across Trade Compliance and Logistics.

You will develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to influence business decisions, with a focus on tariff management and global trade programs. Based in Thief River Falls or Bloomington, MN, the role requires at least two days in the office weekly and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field with 6+ years of analysis experience.
• Experience presenting financial reporting to executive leadership.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
• Understanding of P&L and balance sheet and ability to analyze data.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Experience with SQL and data-querying tools; proficiency in Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting models and annual budgets for logistics spend, duties, and tariffs.
• Provide monthly outlooks with risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Deliver variance analysis and monthly reporting packages to leadership.
• Lead or support cost reviews, margin analysis, and process improvements.
• Build financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives.
