Job summary

DigiKey Electronics seeks an experienced Sr. FP&A Analyst to drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for Trade Compliance and Logistics. You’ll build models, assess risks, and provide insights to improve supply chain cost efficiency, tariffs exposure, and program effectiveness.

Based in Bloomington, MN, with some travel and in-office collaboration two days weekly. You will partner with Operations and Accounting to support job costing, margin drivers, and system enhancements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 6+ years of experience in operational, financial, or general business analysis
• 1-3 years supporting supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics or trade compliance
• Experience presenting financial reporting to executive leadership
• Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain forecasting models including logistics spend and tariff-related costs
• Prepare monthly financial outlooks, highlighting risks and corrective actions
• Deliver monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and margin analysis by product/customer/segment
• Provide actionable insights to senior management to improve financial and operational performance
