Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the company’s financial planning and analysis across U.S. regions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling while partnering with Accounting, Sales Operations, HR, and Product to drive performance. You will craft reporting packages, analyze complex data, and present insights to leadership and the Board, mentoring junior analysts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CPA, CFA) a plus.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills with data handling abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, maintenance, and enhancement of financial reporting packages, models, and dashboards.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting processes.
• Prepare and present financial materials for leadership and Board meetings.
