Job summary

AGC Biologics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) in Bothell, WA, offering a hybrid work model. You will partner with functional leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, delivering actionable insights and robust financial analyses for capital projects and manufacturing operations.

You will build models, manage cost analyses, and prepare leadership-ready reports for executives and the Board, while ensuring internal controls and timely financial reporting

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting with MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial analytics role, life sciences preferred.
• Experience automating budgeting/forecasting processes and building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial role supporting heads in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Develop budgets/forecasts with cross-functional teams and monitor performance.
• Lead automation initiatives for budgeting using Excel, Power BI, and EPM systems.
• Provide ROI analyses for capital investments and project profitability reviews.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and Board of Directors.
