Qualifications

• 6–8 years of finance experience with 2+ years in FP&A leadership.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Strong budgeting, modeling, and scenario analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to present financial data to senior management.
• Team leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and decision-making models to drive business decisions.
• Manage rolling forecasts and compare budget vs. actuals with senior leadership.
• Partner with management for strategic and operational forecasts.
• Interface with all organizational levels to share financial data and goals.
• Build relationships within finance and with business partners.
• Handle ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
