Job summary

Parfums de Marly in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead FP&A for the Parfums de Marly and Initio brands. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will manage 2 direct reports and drive budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling to enable strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI, GAAP knowledge, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales and Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; CPA/CFA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in luxury goods or consumer products.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and PowerBI; advanced Excel skills; ability to learn multiple financial systems.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to track performance and support strategic decisions.
• Analyze financials to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights to senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Streamline financial reporting and implement efficient tools to improve accuracy and productivity.
