Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning across the organization. You will partner with senior management to build long-term plans and detailed annual budgets, delivering insights and robust analyses.

Based in the United States with a hybrid work model, you will work with department leads to refine strategy and financial projections for the business and report to the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Excellent analysis skills and experience with executive presentations.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Excel & Google Sheets.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to recognize trends in financial data.
• Ability to translate complex financial information for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership, multitasking, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets with departmental and organizational leaders and provide guidance as needed.
• Produce comprehensive reporting of budget assumptions, financial statements, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly actuals vs. budget and coordinate with leaders on required operational changes.
• Lead headcount modeling and analyze financial impact of changes.
• Generate cash forecasts and liquidity projections.
• Lead quarterly re-forecasts and analyze variances vs. the budget.
• Drive Digital Finance transformation and identify areas for technology adoption.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support management decisions.
