TekGlobal Partners in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior FP&A consultant to lead transformation engagements. You will partner with CFOs to redesign planning, automate reporting cycles, and implement driver-based forecasting models using EPM tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, management consulting, or finance transformation roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one EPM tool
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA a plus
