Job summary

Audax Group in Boston, MA seeks a motivated Co-op in Finance to support expense reporting, data structuring, and cross-functional process improvements. You will work with Accounting, FP&A and Tax to enhance reporting, data tagging, and forecasting while developing practical experience in private equity operations.

The role requires a finance/analytical degree pursuit, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or analytical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• High attention to detail with data across multiple systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement and data structuring.

Responsibilities

• Own the build-out of streamlined expense reporting processes from the ground up.
• Develop a robust data structure to support automated reporting.
• Oversee allocation processes to remove inefficiencies and ensure data flow accuracy.
• Document key interdependencies across Accounting, FP&A and Tax processes.
