Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an FP&A Associate to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while helping manage operating expenses and deliver timely financial insights.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with financial systems; SQL/SAS/Tableau experience is a plus. Hybrid in-office/remote work and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant financial experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, or reporting.
• Experience with recurring reports and budget-to-actual analyses.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems required.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, or Tableau preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with operating expense management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform financial and operational analyses and summarize findings.
