Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Finance Advisor reporting to the FP&A lead to drive financial planning, forecasts, budgeting, and cost controls across IT Operations and strategic initiatives.

You will design KPI frameworks, monitor performance, prepare internal and external reporting, coordinate cross‑functional projects, and mentor junior analysts; proven Excel mastery and SAP experience are required, CPA/CFA highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Management Information Systems; MBA (preferred).
• Over 5 years of Financial Analysis experience; 2 years IT Service Industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organization; Excel expert; robust analytical skills; SAP ERP experience preferred.
• CPA and/or CFA highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Coordinate budget planning across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
• Prepare CBU budget materials and reconciliations; reconcile billings and related documentation.
• Design KPI frameworks and perform financial/operational reviews; lead data-driven improvements.
• Oversee financial management of IT Operation Services; produce internal and external reports.
• Develop ad-hoc reports for internal/external stakeholders; mentor junior analysts.
