Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst – Sales Incentive and FP&A to partner with the commercial organization, analyze incentive programs, support budgeting, and monitor key financial metrics.

You will work with FP&A, operations, and leadership to ensure accurate data, timely reports, and actionable insights for decision-making, with a focus on sales analytics and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/OneStream for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support internal sales targets through data and analysis of incentive programs.
• Perform cost center reviews and budgeting support for SG&A.
• Assist in management reporting, including DSO/DPO and forecast updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership.
