Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst – FP&A, Pricing & Program Finance to join our finance team.

The role focuses on financial planning and analysis, program financial management, EAC preparation, and government contract pricing throughout the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate has federal contracting experience, understands indirect rates and DCAA-compliant pricing, and will collaborate with executives, PMs, capture, and contracts to deliver timely insights and improved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years FP&A, pricing, or gov't contract finance experience.
• Experience preparing ETCs/EACs and program forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, costs, backlog, utilization, and cash flow.
• Prepare financial models and scenario analyses for operational decisions.
• Provide timely executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor contract funding, backlog, and burn rates; support pricing and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with PMs, Capture, Proposals, Contracts, and Accounting.
