Responsibilities

• Assist in developing annual operating budgets and forecasts for regions, departments or service lines.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Partner with operational leaders to develop KPI-based budgets, forecasts and performance reporting.
• Analyze profitability, labor productivity, patient volume trends, expenses and efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with the annual planning cycle, month-end close analytics and leadership reporting.
