4-7+ years of FP&A, finance, business analytics, or related experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with operational and executive leaders.
Experience utilizing digital tools, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.

Responsibilities

Deliver financial reporting and provide actionable insights to business leaders across the organization.
Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with leadership teams to drive business performance through analytics and recommendations.
Lead forecasting activities, including long-range planning and three-year financial forecasts.
Translate financial data into meaningful recommendations that influence business outcomes.
