Aspire General Insurance is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPIs across the organization. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Distribution to drive financial insight and planning.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming data into actionable business insights to inform strategic decisions within a fast-growing insurance company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of financial analysis experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates considered.
• Strong GAAP and STAT knowledge; experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and current financial data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
• Monitor actual results vs budget/forecast; explain variances and opportunities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting; collect, validate, and consolidate data.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and benchmarks.
