Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Financial Analyst 2 to partner with Finance and Business partner teams in Phoenix. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, ad hoc modeling, and reporting to guide financial performance. Hybrid schedule in office Tue-Thu, with partnership across multiple finance functions.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in BI tools to support strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, modeling, and forecasting systems.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and analysis of financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support long-range financial planning, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Refresh and modify financial models to support planning and provide recommendations.
• Support P&L forecast processes and highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze financial drivers and present findings to leadership with potential solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics for leadership; explain variances.
