LS Solutions is seeking a finance leader to support the North America team. You will develop analytical tools, metrics, and business reporting to aid decision making, including P&L variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior management and plant operations, requires a degree in Accounting/Finance and 3+ years of experience, with advanced Excel and strong communication. Hybrid work with onsite 3 days/week in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of finance/FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel skills and effective communication.
• Familiarity with Hyperion, Oracle, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual versus forecast P&L variances.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Provide strategic support to operations and functions.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
